2.2 Information from Third-Party Services
When you connect third-party services to ShareMyListing, we collect:
- IDX Provider Data (IDX Broker, iHomefinder): Property listing information including addresses, prices, property details, photos, and listing status. This data is used solely to create social media posts on your behalf.
- Google Business Profile: Account information and authorization tokens necessary to post content to your Google Business Profile. We access only the minimum permissions required to create posts.
- Future Social Media Integrations: When available, we will collect similar authorization data for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms you choose to connect.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the service
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
- Cookies and Tracking: Session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to improve our service

5. Google API Services Usage
ShareMyListing uses Google APIs to connect to your Google Business Profile. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

- We only request access to Google Business Profile data necessary to create posts on your behalf
- We do not use Google data for advertising purposes
- We do not sell Google data to third parties
- We do not use Google data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes
- You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time within our application. Users can also revoke access at any time via the Google Security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Data Security

- Deleted Accounts: After account deletion, we retain anonymized data for analytics and may retain certain data as required by law
- Google Business Profile Data: Data retrieved specifically from Google Business Profile APIs is cached for no more than 30 days in accordance with Google's caching policies.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
